Cookie Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This policy explains the browser storage used by www.gtwelve.co.uk, our consent-based Google Analytics setup and what happens when you load the Calendly booking calendar.
Our approach
gtwelve uses Google Analytics only after you actively choose “Allow analytics”. The Google tag is not loaded and no analytics information is transmitted before that choice.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking or personalised advertising on this website.
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar rules can also apply to technologies such as local storage and session storage, so we describe those here as well.
First-party browser storage
The homepage uses the session-storage item g12-intro-seen to remember that the opening animation has played. This prevents the animation repeating as you move around the site.
This item contains only the value “1”, does not identify you, is not sent to gtwelve or any third party, and is removed when the browser session ends.
The site stores your analytics choice in the local-storage item gtwelve-analytics-consent. This is necessary to remember whether you allowed or refused analytics and prevent the consent notice appearing on every page. It contains only “granted” or “denied”.
Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-VV6SSKE8XY. It helps us understand which pages are used, how visitors reach the site and where the website can be improved.
Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga, which distinguishes a browser, and _ga_<container-id>, which maintains session information. These cookies are commonly configured to last for up to two years, subject to browser controls and any earlier withdrawal of consent.
We have disabled Google advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals in the website configuration. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry messages to Google Analytics.
Google may process analytics information outside the UK under its contractual and data-transfer arrangements. See policies.google.com/privacy for information about Google’s handling of data.
Hosting and security
Vercel, our hosting provider, may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technical information where required to deliver the site securely, route traffic and prevent abuse. These items are not used by gtwelve for advertising or visitor profiling.
Calendly booking calendar
The Calendly scheduler is not loaded on your first visit. It loads only after you submit an enquiry and choose to book a workflow review.
When the scheduler loads, Calendly may set cookies or use similar storage to provide availability, maintain the booking session, prevent abuse and operate its service. Calendly controls those technologies and explains them in its own privacy and cookie information at calendly.com/privacy.
If you prefer not to load Calendly, choose “Request a callback” in the workflow review journey, or contact us directly by email or telephone.
Managing browser storage
Choose Cookie settings in the website footer at any time to allow or withdraw analytics consent. When you withdraw consent, we tell Google Analytics to stop analytics storage and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies from this website.
You can also view, block or delete cookies and site data through your browser’s privacy or security settings. Blocking all cookies may affect third-party booking features, but it will not prevent you from reading the site or contacting gtwelve directly.
If our use changes
If we add advertising or another non-essential tracking technology, we will update this policy and request an appropriate consent choice before using it.
