Website Terms of Use
Last updated 26 July 2026
These terms apply when you use www.gtwelve.co.uk. They cover the public website and enquiry journey, not the separate proposal or contract agreed for paid client work.
About this website
gtwelve operates this website from Glasgow and provides AI automation, voice agent and website services to businesses across the UK.
You can contact us at team@gtwelve.co.uk or 07949 337575.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use its enquiry journey for lawful business purposes. By using the site, you agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at an unreasonable rate or use it in a way that could damage the site or another person.
You must not submit information that is false, unlawful, abusive, infringes another person’s rights or contains material you are not entitled to share.
Enquiries are not bookings or contracts
Submitting the workflow review form, requesting a callback or choosing an available meeting time does not oblige either you or gtwelve to proceed with paid work.
A workflow review is booked only when the booking service confirms the selected time. Any paid work is governed by the written proposal, scope, price, payment terms and other contract terms agreed for that project.
Website information
The website gives general information and illustrative examples of what gtwelve may be able to design or implement. It is not technical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that a particular result will be available for your business.
We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but services, examples and availability may change. We will set out the actual scope and dependencies of any work in writing before it begins.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, visual design, code, graphics, brand assets, demonstrations and other original material on this site belong to gtwelve or are used under licence.
You may view pages and share links for ordinary personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, adapt or commercially exploit site content without our written permission. Third-party names, marks and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or load services operated by third parties, including Calendly. Those services have their own terms, privacy information and availability. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control.
Availability and security
We may suspend, change or withdraw parts of the site without notice for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
You are responsible for using suitable security controls on your own device and network.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, gtwelve is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this public website or from reliance on its general information. Liability relating to paid work is dealt with in the contract for that work.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through the site. Our Cookie Policy explains the limited browser storage used by the site and the optional Calendly scheduler.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, our services or the law changes. The version in force is the version published here, identified by the date at the top of the page.
